Cardio, Core 'n MORE!
Description: Cardio, Core and MORE! is a 75-minute total body conditioning class. Each session will include a cardio workout, strength segment, and Pilates-inspired core work; all while using a wide variety of equipment. If you are looking for a class that has it all, this is your class! Footwear that is appropriate for movement is required for this class.
