Total Body Conditioning

Description: This class is designed to incorporate various types of equipment including dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more. This is a fun, fast-paced total body workout that targets strength and conditioning from all angles. Footwear that is appropriate for movement is required for this class.
