Cardio Equipment Orientation

If you would like to arrange a time to be introduced to the cardio equipment,

please contact Sue Fine at: sbf5@cornell.edu

Equipment Orientations provide an opportunity for members to learn how to safely and effectively use our cardio and strength equipment.  In each of the classes you will learn proper technique and how to adjust or program each machine, as well as other information to optimize success in your fitness program. Orientation sessions are limited to small groups to maximize interaction.

We invite anyone who is new to the fitness centers or would like a general overview of equipment, programs, and services to attend an equipment orientation.   These orientations are generally offered at the start of each semester and periodically during the summer months to coincide with the start of summer programs.  However, if you would like to arrange for a private orientation at another time during the semester, please contact Sue Fine at sbf5@cornell.edu.

CFC offers the following equipment orientations on demand to all CFC members. Get together with a group of friends (three or more people, please) and either e-mail Sue Fine at sbf5@cornell.edu or give us a call at the main office at 254-2824. We'd be happy to offer an orientation or workshop for your group at a time that is convenient for you!
