Fitness Education 101
Come learn more about fitness and exercise recommendations and guidelines! These FREE 1 hour sessions will provide information about how to best get started and/or ramp up your current fitness routine. All the fitness variables will be discussed including intensity, frequency, duration, choice of exercises, types of equipment, progression, etc. You will be surprised how much information you can learn in an hour. RSVP is helpful, but not required. Please e-mail Sue Fine at sbf5@cornell.edu to reserve a spot, or if you have any questions. Members may request a private session for a group of 3 or more by calling 254-6710.
