Front of Leg Stretch (Standing up - Quadraceps)

To begin this stretch:

  • Place left hand on the wall for support.
  • With the right hand grab your right ankle (or pants or shoe laces) and bring heel toward buttock.

To stretch:

  • Pull your heel toward your buttock slowly bending knee until you feel a stretch.
  • Stand up straight without leaning forward to get a better stretch.
  • Repeat on other side.
