Sitting Hamstring Stretch
To begin this stretch:
- Sit down on the floor.
- Stick out your left leg.
- Bend your right leg and place the bottom of your foot along the inside of your left leg (place it by your calf or knee).
- Place your hands on each knee for support.
- Keeping your back straight, lean forward until you feel a slight discomfort.
- You may use your hands on your knees to pull yourself forward a little.
- Pull only to a point of mild discomfort.
- Do the same for the other side.
