Gluteus
To begin this stretch:
- Lie down on your back with your arms at your side and your knees bent at about a 90 degrees angle.
- Cross one leg over the other leg.
To stretch:
- Lift the leg off the ground still holding the cross leg in place.
- Take both hands and grab the back of your leg.
- Pull your leg toward your chest until you feel a mild discomfort.
