New Group Fitness class- Cardio Dance Grooves

Group Fitness is adding a NEW class to the schedule for the remaining weeks of the semester!
Cardio Dance Grooves is an upbeat Hi-Lo format that incorporates movements from Jazz, Latin Dance, Hip-Hop, Funk, and other street dances to create an energetic class experience. This class will focus on cardiovascular conditioning and strength training, while trying out fun moves with great music. No dance experience is necessary as all movements will be broken down into easy steps.
This class will be led by Brittany D. in the Appel Commons 3rd floor multipurpose space from 5:30-6:30pm on Thursdays beginning October 29th. Please note that this format is replacing Knockout Workout during this time slot.
