Nutrition Analysis

All CFC members are eligible for a FREE diet analysis, during the Fall and Spring semesters.

A diet analysis can provide useful information for everyone:

  • Find out how your food choices compare with the recommended intakes for protein, carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, and minerals.
  • Learn more about how many calories is right for you at your current weight and activity level.
  • Get some tips for healthy and smart dietary changes.

Here is how the process works:

  1. Download a food record or pick one up from the fitness monitor desk at the Helen Newman Hall or Teagle Up Fitness Centers.
  2. Return the completed form to 302 Helen Newman Hall before the end of the semester (deadline: one week before the end of classes).
  3. A nutrition intern will contact you to set up a time for a private consultation.
