Nutrition Analysis
All CFC members are eligible for a FREE diet analysis, during the Fall and Spring semesters.
A diet analysis can provide useful information for everyone:
- Find out how your food choices compare with the recommended intakes for protein, carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, and minerals.
- Learn more about how many calories is right for you at your current weight and activity level.
- Get some tips for healthy and smart dietary changes.
Here is how the process works:
- Download a food record or pick one up from the fitness monitor desk at the Helen Newman Hall or Teagle Up Fitness Centers.
- Return the completed form to 302 Helen Newman Hall before the end of the semester (deadline: one week before the end of classes).
- A nutrition intern will contact you to set up a time for a private consultation.
